ANGLOFRITZ PODCAST 6: Kanzlerin Küsschen

Comedy's a dirty business, and most jokesters can't make it outside of their home country, even in entertainment blue chip America. Why is this? Dick jokes are funny in any language, aren't they?

Ben and Christy have translated and shall perform a sketch about a hypothetical female president -- excuse me, Chancellor -- and her struggles to be taken seriously. The action is in German, but the laffs should be universal. Listen, and tell us truly -- can even the rigors of idiomatic German translation ruin comedy gold?

This is definitely some funny shit, even if some of the jokes were in German. Dick jokes sure sound different in German, but, you're right, the humor is transcendent, comendy is universal.

Who did you get to read the part of the Kanzlerin? She really did sound like a chick. A sleepy, boring, chilly, career-oriented chick. Nice work.

I'll be looking for more. Well - I'm from Denmark, and as we all know, Danish sense of humour is quite liberal, hehe :-)
